Bill To Propose: Professinally-up the Cafeteria worker standards.
Additional Notes: Really! I heard the current schlubs they got in the cafeteria cooked some rats with the corn dogs - caused our intern to get crook 'n' our dwarven agents weren't happy about the lack of ketchup on those rats either. It's high-time we actually get some trained chefs there. This bill will allot a small bit of funding from the Arts fund to hire one high-rated professional chef to be in charge of the kitchens, 'n' will require all workers under the chef to be certified in handling tucker. None of this grab whoever's not busy nonsense.

*sigh* Fair enough. I was going to vote "aye" anyway. If nothing else, I'd prefer a more varied cuisine anyway for the agents.
