Bill to Propose: Expand the Enforcer Apartments
Additional Notes: The Enforcer Apartments are getting full. This is a proposed solution to that problem.

Once two-thirds of the apartments in the Enforcer Apartments are occupied by at least one Enforcer each, construction must be begun on another two floors of apartments. Once construction is complete, they must be fully furnished. Should any Enforcers arrive in that time, they can be assigned to finished apartments. If all of the current apartments are occupied by two Enforcers each, then -- and only then -- can Enforcers be assigned three to an apartment. Furthermore, for the third Enforcer, it would be a temporary assignment until the new apartments are completed and fully furnished, at which point they will be reassigned to a new apartment.

Bill to Propose: The Construction of a Gymnasium
Additional Notes: Sometimes someone wants to train purely physical skills without taking up space in the Simulation Chamber or the grounds, especially with some of the more martial forms of exercise. This Bill is a request to allocate some funds to construct a Gymnasium that allows for aerobic and anaerobic exercises, and hand to hand or weapon-based training - and includes an olympic-sized swimming pool for the aforementioned aerobic exercises.

Bill to Propose: A small award to show our appreciation for everybody that helped resolve the incident concerning P3/P4.
Additional Notes:
After some uh... quality time thinking, I thought... we should show our appreciation for everybody involved that helped recover the P3/P4. After all, a lot of them went through their own trials and tribulations, especially in the tower. We should recognize their bravery, doing what they could to help locate the shards as well as completing the tower's trials in spite of the vague clues they were given.

I think we should award everybody involved a carry over license. It's something that'll definitely help them in future incidents like this. For the people that don't have anything to carry over, we can give them a platinum bonus equal to the old price of a carry over license... I think it was 75?

Lastly, to commemorate our victory, everybody involved should receive one T-shirt with "I helped saved P3/P4" on the front, and their name emblazoned on the back; fitted for each individual's size and/or body type. Just a little something to help us remember what we had to go through.

Grant Rewards For Service Above and Beyond the Call of Duty

Bill to Propose: A reward, paid out of Confuto Ordinatio's storehouses, to those who went above and beyond the call of duty in saving the world of P3/4
Additional Notes: In the discussion, councilors can nominate characters they feel were particularly vital in the recent event for a special reward. You cannot nominate yourself. This will work slightly differently, as we'll be voting on EVERY nominee individually.

Posting a Bill

In each bill, create two threads, one for the discussion of the bill and one for voting on the bill.

Only councilors may vote on bills. Any councilor may propose a bill on their own, Agents can propose bills with the support of 5 other Agents (for a total of 6). Enforcers supporting a bill count as two Agents for the purposes of the proposal (so you need 6 Agents, 3 Enforcers, 4 Agents 1 Enforcer, etc.)
