Bill to Propose: Council Approval of all Outside Personnel

Well, after this latest fiasco, I think we can all agree that something needs to be done. I've got some ideas on how to not only keep this kind of thing from happening again, but also to make sure we get personnel as good as can be spared.

Additional Notes: When we need personnel from outside the division for exercises, workshops, seminars, or any similar established procedures to improve some facet of how we work, a group of three to five personnel qualified for the job are presented to the Council. We'll hear them out, then decide which one we pick to work with us based on presentation and qualifications.

Also, these hearings will take place under a power nullification field. It'd defeat the entire purpose if someone mesmerized the council into going along.
