Bill To Propose: Aid in the eradication of communist traitors!
Additional Notes: Greetings, citizens! It has come to my attention that the threat of COMMUNIST TRAITORS is ever-increasing! To that end, I propose outfitting every access terminal with a mandatory execution chamber! This will allow a more convenient, safe and fun way to eliminate vile traitors no matter where they might hide!

Obviously, killing people with... "mandatory execution chambers" is just wrong morally, in every way! Even if they were free!

...the wording of the bill is rather open ended. Even if a trial isn't explicitly ruled out, there's no way I can support something so... whimsical about death.
