Bill To Propose: Aid in the eradication of communist traitors!
Additional Notes: Greetings, citizens! It has come to my attention that the threat of COMMUNIST TRAITORS is ever-increasing! To that end, I propose outfitting every access terminal with a mandatory execution chamber! This will allow a more convenient, safe and fun way to eliminate vile traitors no matter where they might hide!

Maybe I've missed something but...

Have communist traitors been an issue here in the past? Traitors are a rather serious issue, but... I think I'm failing to understand something about the necessity of this bill?

I don't know what Communism is - but it's apparently something that's a problem in his world.

It's a political school of thought that's rather unpopular where I come from as well, but... it's more or less fallen out of use, for the most part.

I'm fairly certain we have no reason to worry about it here.
