Bill to Propose: Distribution of rewards
Additional Notes: All right, ladies and gentlemen. As before, we have had a major crisis which has been averted thanks to all the dedicated Councilors, Enforcers and Agents of Confuto Ordinatio. Now, I am not normally one to work on merit, but as long as we have this settlement, we might as well decide on suitable rewards for those of us who put in that little extra effort in the process! This should hopefully encourage others to put their own best feet forward in what should hopefully be very few similar incidents in the future. Now let's wrack our brains and come up with a few good candidates!

I'd like to take the first opportunity... ooh, my head's still spinning, bear with me everybody ...to posthumously recognize Agent Asagi, who gave her life to slow the explosion caused by Ex-Councilor Aenathia to give everybody long enough to escape, and who helped recognize one of our larger security holes in the form of the gates!

I nominate Councilor Kazumi Hagino. Not only did she tirelessly work to expose...the man who poisoned Councilor Thomas and abducted Councilors Nerine and McDowell, but she also provided effective support when CO came under physical attack.

Without them, I don't think I could have gotten as far as I did with my investigation, and they definitely played their part during the attack, too.

I nominate Kyoko for going against [Humanity]'s plan, and assisting us even if she had no reason to believe we would help her.

I also nominate Ran Yakumo for her part in warding off the invasion - reports had indicated that she was invaluable in several places.

... wait, you mean Kyonko's clone, right?

Are you sure it's a good idea...? I mean... for all we know, she could be a sleeper agent, and we'd just be handing over some high tech piece of equipment for her to turn against us later on. Besides, she does have Kyonko's memories, right? So she would have plenty of reasons to think we'd help her.

If anything, we should be keeping a careful eye on her.

I know it's suspicious, but I don't think that they planned for the event that they would lose. If all reports are correct, Aenathia is dead, the wizard ran, and ... Oppenheimer, correct? surrendered. That does not sound like a group that had any contingencies.

Also, Kyon personally vouched for her, and I do trust his judgment of character.

Let's trust her for now, if she does something wrong, then we'll act. Everyone deserves a chance.

I'm all for trusting her to an extent, but... none of these are reasons to nominate her...

You don't know what Archibald was planning for her, if she's meant for some future plan of his. Sleeper agents aren't something you can pick out so easily, especially with the power level the bad guys are at around here...
