Bill to Propose: Establishing a centralized information system for investigations.

One thing I've noticed during some of the... situations we've dealt with, there tends to be a lot of people going off to do their own thing and it seems like a lot of information just doesn't get shared with everybody else.

With that said, I'm suggesting that we establish some sort of Information Committee. Either a person or, preferably, a group of people who are expected to receive, sort, and make available important information related to the investigation. Naturally, they will have the full backing of the council and there will be punishments given out for people who are consciously withholding information.

The purpose of this is to ensure that everybody has access to the same information as much as possible. What one person discovers could lead to another's breakthrough.

I want everybody's input on this. Councilors are allowed to nominate and vote for individuals, Enforcers are allowed to nominate, and Agents can make suggestions that will be taken into consideration.

Yes, you can nominate yourself if you think you're qualified.

To be clear, the kind of people we want in this committee are those who are apt at sorting information and sharing it with the rest of the division.

Since I don't want to just force this on all of you, I'm going to open this for general discussion first in case anybody has objections or suggestions. If there are enough in support, I'll open the floor to nominations, and then voting.

Bill to Propose: Request to the Senior Council for information on the events leading up to the current state in Isthul, Kemet, and the Democratic Republic of Erhas.

"Distinguished Senior Councilbeings. On behalf of myself and the undersigned members of the Council, humbly submit this proposal to allow restricted access to information that may prove vital in our wise and just administration of bill policies concerning the crises in Isthul, Kemet, and the Democratic Republic of Erhas.

"Now is a time of growing uncertainty. Instability in these three worlds means that we have to be prepared if this comes to our doorstep here in 0134. In the lines of this proposal you'll read that, as Councilors and High Councilors it is our duty to be the anchor and purpose of this division of Contuto Ordinatio. In order for our votes to count towards to true greater good however, we must be properly informed of the history behind this treacherous state of affairs. I think others here will agree with me, when I say that If we are made to vote uninformed then we would be better not to vote at all! This proposal, if approved by you the Senior Council, will give us the tools we need to ensure the safety of our Agents and Enforcers and the good standing of our Agency with our allies."

It also asks for detailed information on both the nature of Astral Silver and the reason behind its trade embargo on Erhas, and CO's tense conflict of viewpoints with Kemet.]
