Bill to Propose: Child Health and Personnel Welfare and Morale Boosting Bill
Bill Stage: Discussion, voting on the 18th?
Additional Notes:
It has come to my attention that we have a whole lot of childr...rather young people in this place. Further, morale can always be boosted. Thus, I propose this bill to take care of both, with minimal costs!
C.O. hosts several defunct places, in particular a really large water slide. It is in good condition, and reactivating it would be a splendid idea for many reasons.
One, it would serve as agood place to have fun place for training for our younger personal, who can have a lot of fun get used to long falls and the like.
It should also add to the relaxation and thereby morale boosting of our older personnel, creating a win/win situation, with the only expense being some water and minor chemical usage for keeping the water clean. I believe that the minimal cost is justified by the colossal gain!
[OOC: This concerns the water slide in Kitaro's posting. All Gabrie wants is for it to be reactivated.]
