Hearing: Integration of Aethr into Confuto Ordinatio

I call this meeting to order. Greetings, friends and colleagues, for those who do not know me I am Senior Councilor Sigurd Jameson of the Transcendent Republic of Mankind. I have held my position for two-hundred fifty-three years, and as a representative of one of the founding worlds of Confuto Ordinatio, it is my duty and privilege to bring this matter before you today.

In our initial hearings, we determined that Aethr is ready to be brought into the community. Now comes the hard part, the particulars of the integration. I know several of you disagree with the decision to integrate this world, but please remember that the council voted and we agreed to proceed with the measure. Please do not use this hearing to air past grievances, but instead to look forward and work together to determine how best the process might be achieved.

I open the floor to all proposals from the council. I remind you that as per our agreement, the hearing will reach a forced closure at noon on Saturday, February 26th. Now, let us begin the debate!
