Bill: Improving Our Agency's Overall rating by increasing our level of Service - Fanservice.

Bill Proposal:

Well, I've been noticing that we've only got mild interest in our agency, 'n' I've been thinking how best to improve when it hit me. fanservice! we need more fanservice by god. I know we got that uniform bill in limbo, so consider this an amendment. all members shall be required to wear uniforms of this design.
