Bill to Propose: Beautification of those dull walls
Additional Notes: The walls in this place are too boring and identical. They could do with some art. And if the walls look less alike fewer people might get lost. Plus I've been told that art's good for morale. The cheapest way'd be just to let people put art on them if they want to do it for free.
So I propose only that there be no punishment for putting art on the walls. And ceiling and floors too.
ADDENDA: Because none of us want ugly graffiti with instructions to call a number to obtain entertainment, this addenda will create a Mural Committee to which all artists must submit an application with a sketch of their mural along with planned location. Without approval from the Mural Committee, those artists can't proceed. The first head of this committee will be Deimonea. If it's necessary to replacement the Mural Committee's head, the new one'll be chosen by a vote of the Council.
