Bill to Propose: Licensing Fees for Businesses in CO
Additional Notes: It has come to my attention that certain members of our agency had been creating businesses within the compound. Now that I do not have problem against the spirit of industry, however it cuts into the market, and presents a problem of anti-competition.

This bill proposes that every agent, enforcer, and under-councilor setting to do business must apply for a license to operate the business, and does include an operating, and rental fee. Current illegal businesses must by good grace be shut down while licenses are processed. And if accepted, then and only then shall they continue.

This is to assure that all markets run to our specifications.
