Bill to Propose: Build a garage
Additional Notes: Having to rely on taxi cabs and public transportation in industrialized worlds is inefficient, inconvenient, and can get costly. This bill would authorize the construction of a garage for personnel to store vehicles in. The garage would be set up like a parking garage. It would be two stories tall, with dimensions being 1000 ft x 1000 ft x 70 ft (length/width/height, respectively). Additional stories maintaining dimensions of the previous stories would be added as more personnel with vehicles filter into the organization. Parking spaces would be designed with non-commercial automobiles in mind. Owners of the vehicles would be responsible for the upkeep of their own vehicles.
Added in by Councilor Miles Edgeworth
The garage would be connected directly to the Gate Complex, and vehicles would not be allowed in any part of the compound other than the garage and the Gate Complex. Furthermore, in addition to being responsible for the upkeep of their own vehicles, personnel will be fined for any damages, superficial or serious, that the vehicles may cause on Confuto Ordinatio grounds. Finally, the personnel stationed in the Gate Complex will have the authority to direct vehicular traffic as necessary to avoid or mitigate accidents.
