Bill: Mandatory Voluntary Act.

Bill Proposal: Man, I just totally notice how much of a drag this place has totally been. And I realized it's due to everyone being so out of touch with their inner goodness. So I was consulting my crystals and taking in the holy herb, and really - the cosmos hit me like a bolt and I'm all, yeah, I know what we should be doing.

So dudes, in order to maintain balance and harmony and prevent more of these problems, I'm gonna go and say this, we all need to do our part, like making everybody happy and clean. And... oh, yeah, as I was saying, we gotta connect with our tranquility and goodness so everyone's required to do a bit of good, y'know. Like a few hours every week, you gotta help your fellow man... dragon, cat, dudes, dudettes, roaches, twili, elves, and just be awesome to them.
