Councilor's Name: Deimonea
Bill to Propose: Creation of Public Art Committee
Additional Notes: The walls in this place are too boring and identical. They could do with some art. And if the walls look less alike fewer people might get lost. Plus I've been told that art's good for morale. The cheapest way'd be just to let people put art on them if they want to do it for free.
So I propose to create a Public Art Committee to which all artists can submit an application with a sketch of their planned art along with planned location. If accepted, they may create that art piece at that location. The first head of this committee will be Deimonea. If it's necessary to replace the Public Art Committee's head, the new one'll be chosen by a vote of the Council.
Voting may now start.
