Councilor's Name: Councilor Kazumi Hagino

Bill to Propose: A small award to show our appreciation for everybody that helped resolve the incident concerning P3/P4.
Additional Notes:
After some uh... quality time thinking, I thought... we should show our appreciation for everybody involved that helped recover the P3/P4. After all, a lot of them went through their own trials and tribulations, especially in the tower. We should recognize their bravery, doing what they could to help locate the shards as well as completing the tower's trials in spite of the vague clues they were given.

I think we should award everybody involved a carry over license. It's something that'll definitely help them in future incidents like this. For the people that don't have anything to carry over, we can give them a platinum bonus equal to the old price of a carry over license... I think it was 75?

Lastly, to commemorate our victory, everybody involved should receive one T-shirt with "I helped saved P3/P4" on the front, and their name emblazoned on the back; fitted for each individual's size and/or body type. Just a little something to help us remember what we had to go through.

((Due to Kazumi not knowing the limits of what kind of bills she can pass, this bill has been retracted))

...the carry overs are fine but...

The shirts? Way too cheesy. Feels like some kinda middle school thing.

"Dibi KEEdidi beebeep kidibi. Deekeegi beebeep, pibi peedibeepi geebeep." Respectfully, nearly EVERYONE helped solve the incident of P3/P4 in one way or another. That's the mark of any well-formed organization, and they shouldn't need silly little T-shirts and pats on the back afterwards.

"Deegi kibi bigeebeep." The job well done is it's only reward.

Well, ma'am, I do appreciate the notion of spreading the reward, but some of us aren't exactly t-shirt wearers...

I... I don't need a reward, really. All I did was help a little on one of the floors...

...Are we even authorized to hand out carry over licenses?

Feels like kind of a waste, especially tacked onto something that you might not be allowed to do.

Go ahead with it though, see if it works out.

"Peegiki beebeep didikeeki bigikibeep! Deedidi keedi beepi geepi, pibi gibi keedigibi." The t-shirts were her way of pointing out how frivolous the whole idea is! The perfect time to hand out carry-over licences is when they are needed, and now that the ordeal is over they aren't immediately needed any more.

Forgive the intrusion, Councilor, but on behalf of the Overseers I must ask that you rescind or revise your bill. I have taken the liberty of checking your account and the level of prestige you hold within the compound, and not only are you not of the proper rank to grant the licenses, the scale you propose would place you in debt approximately 3.4 trillion platinum.

I apologize, Councilor, but I am not authorized to report on matters of prestige. Thank you for your cooperation.

"Peedigeebi bibeep deekigibi!" If they can handle the last near-catastophe without all sorts of flashy uncessary powers, then they can handle that!

"Geegibeepi didibi keebeep digikibi? Geekidibi geebeep kikibibi pibi deebeep BeeBeeBi!" She can even imagine someong getting power-happy with their new toy and pulling out a summon or sudden ice magic in a normal world! Then they've have to mind-wipe all the onlookers! We'd be no better than the MIB!
